The treatment room is fully compliant with the latest guidance on reducing the spread of COVID-19.

All appointments are individual and the only people present will be you and Zoë. All surfaces and points of contact will be fully sanitised before each appointment.

In accordance with the current Government guidance, please ensure you are wearing a face covering during your visit. Hand sanitiser and washing facilities will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled at any time, but appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before their scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.

New Clients

New clients are required to complete a consultation form before any treatment. You may also require a patch test for certain treatments up to 48 hours before the full treatment is provided. Should a patch test be required, you will be told at the time of booking.
